School Safety:
Obtained funding for 11 school resource officers.
Crime Prevention:
Established a county 'most wanted list' and a strategic apprehension plan.
Probation
Implemented a county probation program and successfully served 45 probationers.
Emergency Management:
Evacuated residents from danger of wildland fires.
Crime Decrease:
Successfully decreased the number of Part I and Part II crimes.

Building a stronger, more effective Sheriff's Office
Employee Wages:
Assisted in obtaining 4 increases in employee wages.
Employee Wellness:
Implemented extensive mental health services for first-responders and their families.
Fitness:
Established mandatory fitness standards for all deputies.
Community Outreach:
Sponsored and organized multiple community events.
Search & Rescue:
Created a compensation program for Search and Rescue members.
Emergency Plan:
Assisted in developing the County's Emergency Plan.
Staff Support:
Established public safety retirement program for dispatchers.
Staffing:
Increased the number of deputies and dispatchers to better align with population growth.
Training:
Developed core disciplines in firearms, defensive tactics, and physical fitness.
Emergency Manager Oversight:
Hired and oversaw the County's emergency manager.
Social Media:
Expanded community outreach using social and local media.
911 Center:
Made multiple upgrades to the County's emergency communication systems.

Improved the public's access to records through creating a records division.
